Outlaw Builds(Steve...-__-)
#1
alright, so idk what to do with Outlaw now. i originally planned and liked the newties build, but now there's a new build that favors nightshadows inside the keep and everything. steve, you know what i'm talking about. -__- anyways.

honestly, from looks of it i preferred steve's old build, where it followed the standard jr newtie build, getting octo maxed(or at the right lvl) at lvl 84, starting the jr newtie training at that lvl. then it would go on to 26 IS, max FT, 15 Gaviota, and max Homing in the end(or switch em around)

in their updated version, it goes immediately for the IS/FT combo, then Octopus, saying to train at NightShadows instead. then the usual 15 Gaviota/Max Homing.

well, maybe it's just my laziness speaking, but i wanna know what ppl think about this...and steve's explanation for this in detail. -__-

You rang?

You don't have to follow my builds you know, even if it is colored gold in the gunslinger section basil. The build that we updated was released the patch before newtie mini-dungeon came out, and nightshadows was dubbed better than newties because 1) Availability of maps and 2) Exp rate. The first is obviously not an issue anymore. The second i frankly have no idea. I would assume nightshadows is still better because mobbing is always faster than single target, especially when the monsters in question have the same exp and not so different HP. At that point, it's just a question of how you want to train. The exhilarating mobbing route, or the safe and boring sniping route.

well in order to mob the NightShadows, you can't stay in a safe spot like newties or MP3. i prefer to snipe myself. also, Outlaws can basically go to newties at 84, while mobbing NightShadows makes you wait until around lvl 105, if you follow their builds respectively. i just got a bit bewildered by your changes, steve.

btw, you finally changed your server status to Khaini, bastard. -__- i still haven't seen you on TakeBacker on Windia.

If you can snipe newties, you can handle nightshadows. The only thing you need to handle the mobs is a 6 hit skill because no matter WHAT you hit, they'll be KBed.

I've been in khaini for almost a month now i think, lol. My CB is boring. Might get him to 100 if i feel like it.

And you made a very good choice with moving to Khaini. Stay here<3

Hai Steve.

I think NightShadows would be great exp on an outlaw at that level. In my opinion, NightShadows are easier than Newties, but the exp is much more delicious. So yeah I recommend Nightshadows.
