4 hours of 2x drop at Cold Eyes

23 friggin PMCH's. Methinx Nexon went a bit lopsided with Cold Eye drop tables...btw, the Icies all dropped within a 15 minute span.

Will try again at some other point.

Sleepy Dungeon III. Good pure spawn map, extremely fast killing (use cash shop to warp to the top, kill top, jump down, kill, jump down, etc).

I was at moon bunnies for well over 10 hours spamming meteo and I didn't find any Chaos scrolls. Apparently, they're rarer than Ilbis from Wolf Spiders, which sucks.

LUcky u !!! i spent 10 hours in 2X drop AND around 3 hours of those were 4X drop .... nothing, my bishop is tired now

i went Kargo with my NL no 2X drop just to test kargo's HP (checking if i can 1hit with avenger) and first avenger i throw drops chaos scroll -.-

Yes I meant that. I calculate (using my exp bar) that I've killed well over 75K drum bunnies and still no Chaos scroll. (For comparison, ilbis from wolf spiders is 1/20K chance).

By exp count, I have obliterated appx 125,000 cold eyes. Nothing but PMCHs and some assorted weapons/armor. Have yet to see a single mana elixer, cats eye earring, orichalcon ore, or chaos scroll. Got everything else at least 5-10 times.

Actually, this makes me want to try something, but I will require help -
Organized monster farming for a droprate database.

Hopefully we will be able to use it to get a feel for not only what drops what, but how often (ie, Cold Eyes drop an absurd amount of PMCHs in relation to other equips, as do Birks/Dual Birks Dark Arunds/Ravens). The only issue would be Nexon's ability to change droprates at will...

Anyways, once a week a new monster can be selected, with the idea of everyone involved spending 2-3 hours farming the monster, or killing 20,000 of them. Results could be compiled for a droprate database. Cue me making related-thread.

That means you could have killed up to 33,350 wolf spiders.

Also, did you die without having a charm? And did you find someone elses' ilbi, which means that someone else did the majority of the damage and left it there and when you came in and killed it, you had to wait 10 seconds to pick it up. Did you find one while partying and killed a monster that was below half health? (in other words your friend killed most of the monster and moved on.)

And finally, did you go on to continue hunting or stop at 4 ilbis?

I was probably there for just as much EXP before level 100... and I didn't find ANY ilbi. So I guess it must be less than 1/20000?

Never mention "possible" and statistics in the same sentence. I've found 3 in 15minutes, which, with a probability of 1/20,000 and killrate of appx 100 per 5minutes at lv 120 is HIGHLY unlikely. I've also found much, MUCH less at times as well.

Oh, and when I finally found my first ilbi (I would have killed well over 100k wolf spiders before I found one), I then found another ilbi... less than a minute later.

As you can see from this, you can't just use exp tables to calculate these types of things. I died so much that if you even try to calculate these from exp tables alone, it won't work.

You're pretty lucky then. Average, if it were that low, then almost everyone would have an ilbi after only a few hours of training. 33K wolf spiders isn't very difficult.
