why won't serph spawn T.T... does anyone know the spawn timer?

A ton being 23, while I got 2-7 of others

I made two trips down to FoG and found 3 Pink Cone Hats, 1 Red Distinction, and 1 Niam...

I think the spawn is 45 minutes for all area bosses except Snowman.

You seem unclear on the concept.
A repacker is designed to save changes to a wz, such as edits or inserts.

You don't require a repacker to read a wz, only to change one, and I have no need to change a wz, because that would be tampering with the game.

So to answer your stated question, no, I did not use a repacker.
To answer your implied question, yes, I did extract this info from the wz files.

ZOMG, Serph drops Chaos Scrolls?! It doesn't in MSEA, I want these new drops, NAO. That means Deo probably drops Flaming Katana as well.

Tengu/Black Crow has been dropping Ribgol/Stonetooth Swords in MSEA, ever since Zip came out like 2 and a half years ago. (It was my very first Maple patch, couldn't forget =p) And does this mean Black Crow doesn't drop them in GMS? Nexon must have changed the drop tables or something.

Is it translated in MSEA? Try stealing their String.wz.

Only Time Temple mobs drop Shiny Bullets apart from Dukus.

So, Chaos Scroll is confirmed dropping. And it took him just 3 tries, so yeah, you have to be lucky to get it, but it's not "almost impossible" as I thought it would have been.

I killed 40 of them and didnt get a drop...

I almost killed 100 Snowmen and nothing..

Finally, once in a while, I'm lucky. Well, I killed almost 100 Snowmen as I said before, many of them without 2x Drop. This one was with 2x Drop, and the Chaos Scroll finally dropped! Too bad the price is going down fastly.. I must sell it ASAP.

Oh.. anyway, Monster Cards are rarer than Chaos Scrolls. Seriously, I didn't find ONE Snowman card. Nothing. Wow, the Card's Drop Rate is just insane. They should increase the monster cards' drop rate for area bosses and bot-catching monsters.. I bet the drop rate is the same as the normal monsters, and that's just insane. They don't spawn like regular monsters..

Heh, I got a 1% Clean Slate from (presumably) Skelegons.
