My collection as of now. I'm trying to get a level 3 book but nothing wants to drop cards any more >_>

Does 2x affect Card drops?

It looks like it does
JMS has two periods of 2x drop everyday for everyone. If you have a 2x drop card that goes through this period, its 4x drop for you.

First at 4am-5am EDT, the 2nd one at 7:30am-8:30am EDT.

Also, card 100.

What is the max book level? Also, is it just determined by a straight card count, or something else?

Level 3: 52 Basic Cards, 0 Special Cards.

To get them is the following. Note the number is the amount of monsters you have cards for, not for every single card you collect

1 0～10 Red
2 11～30 Orange
3 31～60 Yellowish Green
4 61～100 Green
5 101～150 Sky Blue
6 151～210 Blue
7 211～280 Purple
8 281～ Black

So you need 281 different types of monster card to get the final level monster book.

The best cards i have are Zak3 and 3 Pap cards

i only got 6 cards in my book... they are fucking rare! i camped slime tree for about 40 mins with nonstop roaring and didnt get a single card... i think i killed over 3000 slimes over there :\

Does anyone know a good map for dark stone golem? I already have 3 regular and 2 mixed but I cant find a map thats dominantly dark (except the one where only 4 spawn very slowly) to try hunting for their card.

Sleepywood has a great spawn of Dark Golems, but I recommend a party.

Around fog? they changed those maps, there aren't a lot of darks left D;

Finally completed the Centipede quests... At least I got a card on the first try!

Yup, that's the map with only 4 that spawn slow D; There's probably a really good map that I'm completely forgetting about xD
