Lol. We can now say that we didn't accept the ToS because there wasn't a "I Accept" button. There was an "OK" one, and that doesn't imply we agree with the ToS.

You also agree that if you use such a program to play any of the Nexon games, or engage in the use of a private server, you will have the unconditional obligation to pay Nexon America Inc. the sum of One Thousand ($1,000) Dollars as liquidated damages for each time you use such a program, which shall be due and payable immediately upon notification to you of said.

Since "OK" is largely similar to "I Accept" especially in the case of a Terms of Service or wrapper agreement, you'd have one hell of a time trying to prove that in court.

But, in the old ToS, they state that they can, at any time, change the ToS and you are still to abide to it. And, since you orginally pressed the "I accept button," then the OK button = the "I accept button."

That's not what the image was implying. It was implying that "OK" =/= "I accept."

This is exactly the reason why these kind of ToS never apply to dutch citizens:
1. Other Language.
2. Unclear / Vague statements.
3. Poorly written
4. Not easy to read.
5. They're too long.
6. Presented in the wrong context. (Inside a game with shiny trees and mushrooms... epic-lol)
7. Errors with wrong button names like this one.
8. Nexon is changing the ToS like a biach (I can't even count the times they changed their ToS), -without- any BIG announcement -WHAT- they changed (why not post it as an event on their main website? Oh noes, that would scare off too many ppl... :')...

A lot of people here are looking too far into it. YES, they can say hackers make people quit and that's a potential loss, but they can't nail down any figure. Mainly because it's only potential if those "legit players" who quit were planning on spending NX, which is only theoretical. That wouldn't go anywhere.
