Looks to be hints for Magatia expansions or updates into the storyline involving the Black Magician IMO.

If you read your Quest text in Magatia carefully, you might notice that the Zenumists provide the Magic Crystals which power all the airships. Nautilus has some too, as do all regular-world FM entrances (Not Zipangu/Singapore for some reason).

The one in Victoria station explains it a bit better. Basically they just advanced the stone technology that there's basically no operating cost. Nothing significant but it's nice to get even a simple explanation for something like this.

The guy in Leafre that used to be the ticket seller also has something he wishes to share with you, apparently. Sadly, the last part of his dialogue is not translated. Guess Nexon forgot about it or something.
