Is GM police autoban on crack?

Thinking about this, this all is a issue with nexon's failure at making people do the job they assigned a glitch program to do, and a failure at customer service. No phone number? What the hell IS this crap?

At this point, they are lucky they haven't had lawsuits against them. Maybe if we get enough legitimate cases of this happening, we can sue them.
