Naricain Pendant's tradability, for the better or for the worse?

Opeth Wrote:Why should they lose money when desperate people (People with no connections) who want a pendant are going to start shelling out the mesos for it before they patch?

because there's more pends in FM then there are desperate people with no connections

For the better.

Z-Helms arent tradeable, so why should N.Pendants be?
Cry all you want but it makes sense, lvl 80 pq, means only people 80+ can get the pendant.

Yeah, cause every class is equally useful at holy-immune bosses, and can actually contribute tho the fight... I'm pretty sure paying for the pendant (so bowmen can use apples in their room) contributes more to a group's success than trying to deal damage myself (on a Paladin)

You'd be surprised.

Maybe in scania, but for bello almost every pendant is sold out, higher priced than before.

@HP situation: Just bring a DrK or wear hp gears. I really doubt it's that hard to get a DrK to come unless the only rush class people have are bucs and heroes (and paladin).

HP won't be the problem. Since if you have to buy it, the squad needs to provide HB IMO.

Anyway it's Nexon's fault to not 'add' the untradability to the Mark the first time.
The Mark was for me motivation to level up, but nevermind.
I don't have the high level friends who are in a squad. So I can't get it through my buddies. I don't mind low level buddies, they seem to be as nice as others anyway. Call me desperate. F(_)ck yeah. I also want to deal nice damage.

And isn't selling zhelms and such illegal? If yes, GG encouraging more illegal stuff. Even though Nexon doesn't do anything about it.

This.
A good merchant knows how the customer thinks.

My husband was sulking today because he doesn't PQ and found out he'd never be able to get a Naricain Pendant so I spent the better part of the morning looking for one that wasn't completely overpriced for him. Found a shop with like 10 of them there were all less than 30 million.

Thank goodness.

epic fail. if they think making naricain pend untradable will block all the cwpq guilds from earning quick money, they are wrong. it will only help them.

yey for extremely expansive necklaces? X_X

lol pends are aleady starting to go down. They inflated way way way too fast for buyers to keep up. I bet the day before the patch, the pends are gonna be like 40-50m again. Gotta get rid of em before that patch

Edit: lol 12 atk pends went from 800m last night to a 450m (unsold) I see here in ch 1 fm 13

As a host for cwkpq for my guild, I have to say that the cuts from a cwkpq were getting bad anyways... 5-6m from a 1 hour run with shoddy exp and bonuses (since warriors don't have FJ or tele and can usually only hit 2-3 boxes).

4x25m (avg pendants) = 100m
13 apples @ 2.1m = 27.3m
divided by 10-12 people is like 6m.

PROTIP:

anyone who still needs a pendant, wait til like 1 hour before the patch and buy it. I bet they'll drop to 50m. Everyone gonna be scrambling to sell theirs

Then its a problem with the boss fight, not the pendant itself, making the pendant tradeable doesnt change the fact that the bosses arent balanced for every class as they should be.

The pendant should be untradeable, and the bosses adjusted.

I think the concept was that you have to be there in order to get one. Participation, really, whether you were just a filler, an unnecessary member, w/e.

The only version of MS where this practice is actually forbidden is MapleSEA. I would assume that they wouldn't care about this practice in other versions of MS, given how they haven't made any statements about it like how they did with selling/buying leeching.
