Kurokami ep9-12: Gah... I feel ashamed to be watching this. Can we confirm this as one of the worst manga to anime adaptations ever made? I'm so pissed off at all the made up characters and ultra mutated plot. It has to be 80%+ completely different. What the hell is this crap? ep9 Reishin VS Steiner fight had me SO pissed off, as that was one of my favorite parts of the manga. At least the ep12 Reishin VS Steiner fight was pretty good, even though it did NOT happen anything like that.

Why is this not over yet... 12 episodes was too much already. Now I get to endure one of their completely made up characters TAKING OVER THE WORLD. You know, hell. Why did they even name this Kurokami? It's their own story using some characters from the manga. And it's garbage.

I can endure White Album but I am hesitant about watching this. Sh[SIZE="2"]i[/SIZE]t sucks.

Hm, I just watched Valkyria Chronicles' and K-ON!'s PVs. Valkyria Chronicles looks like it will be good; K-ON! looks like it is something that I would watch to see if it is good.

Yeah, it's obviously an April Fools joke (I could've worded that last post a lot better, come to think of it), but the color scheme is so annoying (red on red on every single page except search results? Give me, or at least my eyes, a break).

Plus I can read Chinese to an extent, so it's kind of weird going back and forth between two languages.

Of the new season, I've only seen the PV for Phantom ~Requiem of the Phantom~. Looked so-so I guess.

Well, that was... interesting.
The entire episode was very predictable (except for where Rin was going - though in retrospect, that should've been obvious as well).

There was too much emphasis on "dancing" and not action... I mean seriously, do we want to see more of weird hair girl saying "oh damn, she's dancing!" or do we want some more action?

Plus Kataoka disappeared.
Rin lured the Grimoires away, and then Kataoka didn't show up until the dancing scene, and we don't even know where she's watching from? Bah.

The duel-like situation was pretty lame - it was obvious that the "good guy" was going to win.

Overall, I thought the theme was well presented, if a bit (or a lot >_>) overdone.

It's weird not having violence and stuff, but the mystery aspect sort of makes up for the lack of signature Higurashi horror.

Akikan ep8-11: LOL HOLY FRICK.
It went from awesome swimsuit episode with FABULOUS gay guy raping a high school student in a public restroom, to D'awww bonding with the Akikans, to AWESOME SLICE OF AKIKAN LIFE EPISODE (WITH MARVELOUS CAT SCENES <3) to OMG WAT... Serious business. ep11 was crazy intense, especially for this series. Dang, I really gotta watch ep12 tonight now. I didn't see that coming.

And Lexy, what's with the Akikan hate? So what if it's QUALITYlicious at times? It's a hilarious series with many ridiculous characters. There's lesbianism (always appreciated), CATS, great humor and a FABULOUS gay guy with a sexually exploitable assistant. I don't get how this isn't awesome.

Season 2 would always be welcome in my book.

Mana wrapped up in a blanket and Yuki's and Rina's concert were the highlights of this episode. But even they can't make me raise this show's score. 3/10 for bull sh[SIZE="2"]i[/SIZE]t.
