Yes, the winner was a hacker. He was a well known hacker to just go into Henesys Channel 1 or Free Market Channel 1 and DC Hack everyone.

I told him over smega, why not DC hack the GM, when he started kissing the GM's ass. It seemed fitting cause he likes to do it randomly and apparently emotionally @_@.

That makes a lot of sense. Just out of curiosity, do you have a way of showing which GM's are on which server, so you can use your script and make a list that could be compiled on this forum? I think it'd be nice to know who our absentee landlords are.

Nope. They can't be seen on rankings so I have no way to verify who exists where.
There have been a few lists here and there for GM spotting and tracking, but they're usually outdated and hit or miss at best. They seem to rotate randomly.
