Hey, considering how many of you asked "who the hell is BoA," this advertisement deal is working great.

Max of 69 people unique people could have posted in this thread and assuming all of them didn't know who she was, that's still a very small percentage of maple.

Even if 80% of SP doesn't know who she is [or any random high %], that could be like 5% of all of maple. That's relatively small.

It's just a singer guys, chill-out. At least we're not seeing the American casts of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers doing a promotion on gMS, god, I'd die if I witnessed that. I'd have to gauge my eyes out.

As for BoA herself, I'm only familiar with only a bit of her music- but apparently, this event will apparently give her some reputation in the U.S.; more than likely to be working with making you think ":f6:?", then you try the sample for the contest; they wanna see if you "!", and by the over 9000 videos "ed", it should make all the people randomly searching "MMV" go "" and thus repeating the process of seeing if they're interested! Though there's a lotta people in the Maple audience who listen to K-Pop of hers already O-O

That's the main problem I'm having while making my video. So repetitive. Kind of annoying, running out of ideas. >.>

I've looked at most of the submissions. Every video looks the same to me pretty much. Banned Story Characters that are SSed/Recorded. Guy with Girl, Both Crying. Spin the Pics, throw in shiny lyrics, make them spin a bit, put a black border around it. Bam, you got the basic MMV.

I won't be entering in my submission till it's near the end of the Event period. It looks like people are just stealing other peoples creativity, and using it.

She's one of the most well known artists in asia (think A-list celebrity). And the reason for why she's on Maple GLOBAL, is because she's trying to make a debut in America (even though I admit advertising on maple was a little random). But it's a far shy to say she's not known world wide, she has plenty of fans in North America. Many asian stars do..hence why many of them come here to do concerts.

Well anyways, you didn't know her, but now you do. I see her campaign is working =P
