20% Glove att from WRs gives +4 att?

My guild claimed to have gotten a 20% scroll that had a "glowing shiny Maple Leaf" on it that was 20% and gave +4 att upon success
I recall lots of different scrolls, but I thought the maple leafed ones were for special equips.

That would be a 15% glove dex, which is untradeable and gives the same stats as a regular 10% glove dex.

I believe a scroll like that might exist from KMS or JMS, as an anniversary event item. Typically those scrolls only work on Maple equips.

Did your friend say where he got it?

EDIT: Nope, I'm not finding a String for it in the .wz data. I'm sure Fiel or Isaac can give a more definitive answer. But for now, I'm saying your friend is BSing.

The only 20% scrolls that exist beside clean slates are the anniversary ones and only for maple weapons, and theyre not in gms data

Windraiders do indeed drop 15% Glove Dex (I've found one myself) and they have a maple leaf on them as described. They're untradeable. That's the only thing he could be talking about, if he insists it's attack then he's just flat out lying.

There is a 15% Glove for Att scroll too (in the data, anyways), but it only adds 3 attack, like 30% and 10% do. No +4 attack scrolls. There are 20% scrolls, but they are anniversary scrolls, and I can't find any for something other than Shield or weapons, and they add the same stats as 10%/30% scrolls.

No scroll with a glowing shiny Maple Leaf on it and gives 4 attack. There are, however, 15% scrolls with a glowing shiny Maple Leaf which gives 3 attack. [2040822]
Whether they drop in-game or not, I'm not sure of. Most likely not.
