Quests required for badge exchange?

I'm helping a friend tomorrow do quests so she can start exchanging badges on her bishop, which so far has none of the CWK quests completed. Could anyone tell me which quests you need to have done for the badge exchange to become available? I'm asking because I really don't want to have to get a Bigfoot toe since that's pretty much off limits to me right now. Thanks in advance. <3

the 50 Phantom Seed quest for Taggrin, for one. That should be a relatively easy one to get done (use Crossroads rather than Twisted Paths to avoid Bigfoot, and consult the map in the Training Center as to how to get to all 3 different crossroads.)
You need to have the map of Phantom Forest to do the next quest. You get that from "Translated Communique", and to do that one you'll need to have completed "Finding Jack". To do "Finding Jack", you will need to have done "ReVersal" and "Subani's Legacy", which are John Barricade and Elpam's quests from NLC. So yeah, your friend has a lot of work ahead.

Ah, it's good thing we started on the NLC quests, but those still need to be finished. I'll have a look at the map since I only have a few seeds at the moment, and thanks!

I don't know about Scania, but you can find loads of Phantom seeds in the FM in Broa, particularly in the Ludi row FMs and above.
