Yes, you HAVE to do the JQ atleast twice. If you doign quests that is.

Do Mark of Heroisom quest and that lats you skip the JQ, however you gotta kill things up on the mountain. I'd say have a bishop door you into the keep, unless that got fixed.

I only recall needing to do the JQ once, and that's to get the Typhon Feathers for the Mark of Heroism.

I had to go back quite a few times to hunt Stormbreakers, deliver papers back and forth and such. Very annoying but I got it done. Thanks people :3
