Look at the recent events.
CWKPQ (Patch 0.66) was released on time.
CWKPQ and Bigfoot were glitched, but they were fixed "abnormally" fast. On top of that, anyone who got banned by Autoban glitch, was unbanned the next day. All server maintenance were finished early.
Did someone get fired, or was the management team actually fixed themselves? 
Now they just need to fix the older issues >_>

This all seemed to happen around when the new CEO was introduced. Perhaps more than the previous CEO were replaced.

Okay, I actually can't give a specific time/ example because I don't remember well enough, but...
Havn't we been through this cycle more than once?
Nexon is useless
We all get sick of them
Suddenly they start actually doing things right
We all celebrate!
They go bad again

My point being as we've seen in the past, this won't last 
If anybody can actually remember specific examples, that would be great, lol

This whole cycle seems to happen most often around masteria patches. That, or major major patches like 4th job/leafre, pirates, etc.

Maybe the new CEO carries a tazer around for when he sees a GM not working, zap. If they started fixing all the old glitches I'd probably cry with happyness lol.

They didn't have any CEO for some time, before the new one was introduced =] Don't think he has done a lot though, as he was assigned on the day CWK II was released...
