Thumbs up next to skill icons

On my new archer, every time I add skill points it gives me a little thumbs up next to the skill icon. what is that and what does it mean?

And if I were you, I wouldn't exactly listen to it. *cough pirates cough* Just do whatever skill build you want.

It seems to work pretty well for Mages.

It would work well for non-split classes (bowmen, warriors, mages; split=sin/dit, brawl/gun).

It worked fairly well on my sin that I made. I'm not sure how it would work out for a bandit, though.

It's been correcting my CB's Stats, so far it's ok

Actually, I don't think I get the thumbs up on my Dark Knight either. Do they not give thumbs up on 4th job?

I'd listen to the skill suggestion if you're a mage without trying to go hybrid.
As far as AP goes, their system works with the LUK plus three system, I see a wave of new Mapler's having a more limited mindset because of this...

Yeah, I don't get suggestions either. Since the 4th job is so huge and there are so many skills I guess they figure you've played the game long enough to know what you're doing.

They don't give it to 3rd jobbers either. My priest doesn't have it.
