Inn System? what is this?

I aw on strategywiki that TMS have new system that called Inn System. Can you tell me what is it and maybe give me pictures?

So its more like a rest for reward rather than exp thing, and you have to purchase something each time you go in, and something about doing it too much and you get a nightmare. Weird.
