Masurao Custom - Susanoo is interesting. Love how the swords combine. Just out of nowhere, a cannon comes out of his stomach, lol. pineapple, I'm gonna buy the model for this beast.
To Aru Majutsu no Index 21
Very interesting.
I liked this episode a lot.
Index going back to somewhat of a main heroine is better than I expected.
Mikoto is here, so +1 for that.
Uh... the plot was kind of confusing, I have to say.
I think a brief explanation of the Pentagon thing would help (though it's obviously going to have to be explained later on).
That one scene that zooms in on Index talking with ... [insert name of mysterious transfer student here] from Touma/Hinegami's POV from inside the shop is really badly drawn. Index and the transfer girl look like utter crap.

Well, frick. Joe, I hate you...and I love you. I just got done reading all 58 chapters of Kurokami. Wow.
You weren't kidding when you said the anime sucks. What the heck is that trash? They ruined the entire organization of the story and changed so many things. So Keita's not even a sub? The only reason Mikami's partner (Shingo) was so old was because of natural old age, right? It had nothing to do with subs making contracts... Did I misunderstand or something? That part really pissed me off in the anime because it made Keita all emo baww. And now I find out it's not even what's really supposed to happen?
WHAT THE HELL?
I really liked how the manga set up the story progression (Mikami before Steiner + Excel, Mayu death not right away at beginning, etc etc). And what the heck is up with Keita making a contract with his heart in the anime? That's so frickin' retarded. Everything makes so much more sense in the manga. GAH. There's was even good minor scenes, like Akane almost getting raped and then saved by gramps, that really gave the manga a more enjoyable and intense feel to it.
WHY IS THIS ALL MISSING FROM THE ANIME?
And who the heck is that guy in the anime who's been helping Reishin? The human with glasses. He's not even in the frickin' manga... I have NO idea why they made Keita younger, either. Keita and Akane make a great couple in the manga, but it feels very awkward in the anime. Why would they do this? ;_; The whole scene with his "teacher" being a tribal end never really happened either... Stupid gosh dang anime.
And why are they completely changing what Hiyou is doing on Okinawa? He's supposed to be gathering alter egos...not roots. Why does the anime have him gathering the complete opposite things from the manga? How does gathering roots, which are positive energy, even make sense? Gosh dang anime...
Oh, and one last thing!! Excel kissed Keita on the LIPS, not his cheek. That was so much better. Excel and Steiner are better in the manga, period.
FRICK.
Discussion of content not yet seen in anime
Okay, WOW. Keita actually training with Sais and his Thousand was awesome. I love him so much more now that I know he isn't an emo platypus. Those tribal end dogs were messed up...but that scene was frickin' incredible. Keita raping with the Thousand = YES.
Gramps making a contract with Kakuma was LEGENDARY. I was like, HELL YES YOU ARE THE MOST AWESOME GRANDPA EVER. Wow that was incredible. Then Kakuma raped that pathetic tribal end with his Exceed. So nice.
AND man the climax to the Okinawa arc was insane. Hiyou and Shinobu are both seriously messed up freaks. Minus root? Seriously? I always wondered what would happen if a sub killed the root, and I was very surprised to see the manga touched on that subject. I was impressed. Amazing battle, amazing end. I'm so glad that Hiyou scum is dead.
The very, very best part, however, was the fight between Steiner and Reishin... Wow. WOW. Reishin is beyond god-tier. I can not wait to see that fight animated, and it better be frickin' amazing. But...but...are Steiner and Excel really dead... Are they... Please say no... ;_;
So yeah. I hate you for making me now hate this trash anime, but I love you for making me read the manga. I hope it doesn't take too long to move onto the Reishin arc and whatever follows. The anime...I have no hope for anymore... It's already ruined the story.

Somebody needs to slow down!
I personally do not read manga online (with the exception of Railgun, because Mikoto is just awesome, and a few others) because I don't like comparing anime to manga (or VN/movies to anime either).
I mean, if an anime sucks, then it sucks.
I think Kurokami sucks, and I've never even gone near the manga.
I read all that in my head with the same fast pace that you probably would have spewed in my face, all giddy and excited.
If I recall correctly, they rewrote the Computer Software CEO guy to be his teacher. The Minus/Master Root thing is just screwed up. There's no save to that fall, and if Keita wants to live, he'll have to become a Minus Root. Which means he'd be the villain. And yes, Shingo wasn't a sub, he just died from extreme old-age.
When I started this show, I was expecting lots of epic blood and epic fight scenes. What I got was almost no blood whatsoever, and so-so fight scenes that flux between awesome and really slow, crappy movement that's rehashed every few seconds.

Yeah, I was really depressed when I got to the part where Steiner and Excel died. I keep hoping they're still alive somehow but that doesn't seem even remotely likely.
Lol, I remember reading one of the omake chapters.
"I wonder what should be in this frame..."
"This photo material is good. Let's make it like this!"
"Yeah, I think its easier to draw a photo because it's very clear."
"Besides, it has cool buildings, ne? What does this company do?"
*phones*
"Huh? Condom Makers?!"
Gundam 00 S2 ep21: !!!
Hong Long, Liu Mei and Nena all killed in one episode, Louise FINALLY becoming a COMPLETE fruitbasket AND... Setsuna becoming an Innovator.
Excel and Steiner aren't dead. Hinted at death but no clear indication = alive, always. About Mikami and Shingo, he's not a sub but I thought that he's so old and weak because she used exceed excessively and that was too much on him. The heart exchange can kind of be seen as, you know, exchanging their hearts, you get what I mean? However, the arm and how it can just fall off was like a repeated joke in the manga.
Soul Eater 46: Yes, it's Excalibur! The forced humor of Kid seeing him come wasn't funny at all, but I liked when he first barges into their meeting out of nowhere and just shows off his shininess. I hope Black Star dies, I really do, but it won't be as satisfying plot-wise as Crona's. Also, Tsubaki might get depressed and stuff, which I wouldn't want, especially considering how bad they did Maka's depression.

Excuse the quality; I just grabbed the pic off OM quick. They look quite dead to me... And what? If they weren't dead, he would have left them alive? I know there's always the chance of them returning somehow, and I hope they do, but I don't see how they aren't dead after that.
I think Shingo was just really old. Maybe the Exceed use had something to do with it, but I didn't get that that was the reason. She was giving him medicine to expand lifespan. When Kuro saw the age marks on his face, she was disgusted that Mikami would allow him to live so long. No one else has aged more rapidly from Exceed use in the series. It's just hard to adjust to at first. In fact, in Excel's case, she actually remains younger because of it.
I do understand the heart thing because it's typical anime corniness. They share hearts so it's touching...d'awww. But it's stupid. It's impossible to make a contract with a dead person. Hiyou even (I guess...lol) proved that with his experiments. Limbs make far more sense. The arm being able to just "fall off" was never a repeated joke. How do you figure? There was one time when Akane accidentally ripped it off, but that was fresh after the contract. Never again was it mentioned that it was fragile or at risk of coming off (and it never did again). Did I miss something?

Ah, I guess I must have modified it to what I wanted it to be and just remembered that as fact. Yeah, nevermind me. I'm going to go reread some of it so I'm not so confused anymore.
Toaru Majutsu no Index 21: FFFFFFFFFF YES. Kazakiri Hyouka <3 Her and Index's costumes in the next episode look delicious. HNNNNNNGGG INDEX IS SO CUTE! Awesome Biribiri scene too
Soul Eater 46:
Not the epic battle I was expecting, I feel disappointed with this episode. At least Excalibur has a semi-legit reason for appearing. I want to see what Eibon can do.
Chrome Shelled Regios 08
I thought this episode was average.
At least episode nine will finally break eight continuous episodes of Layfon's unbelievably irritating feigned ignorance.
And what's up with Layfon and the G___ guy? (I forgot his name already >_>)
I thought Layfon simply gave up his Heaven Blade duty... Betrayal? wat

Don't know what the Engrish parts are for.
Can't get over the nose art.
Though that said, the Engrish in this episode was sadly limited to only a single line.
