L > Sony Vegas Pro 8 Guide

Does anyone know of a good place to find training documentation on how to be efficient with Sony Vegas Pro 8?

I've tried the basic google searches and have come across

a) garbage training guides,
b) guides that cost upwards of $100.

Any help would be appreciated.

I use Sony Vegas 7, and I learned everything by pressing F1 and reading.

You can try searching Youtube. They have nice guides on there.

I did something similar except I did trial and error along with F1 on a night I couldnt sleep.

there are some good how to's on Youtube, just look for something specific.
