LOTR? Lord of the rings FAV PART

hey guys this is my favorite part of lord of the rings and i think its the best, not one of the best... but the best movie of all times.
i wish they had a forth one, but then again the hobbit comes out. this is my favorite scene from LOTR (return of the king )Called the riders of Rohan.

how could they make a fourth? there's only three LOTR books, and the author died almost 40 years ago.

lord of the rings (especially return of the king) is definitely not the best movie of all time.

Didn't read it, but people say it's good.

just because something sells better means it's better in general?

i can definitely presume that you have not read the books, because there is enough material in the epilogue alone to make another movie.

The Hobbit isn't really a Lord of the Rings book though (doesn't share the title lol). Lord of the Rings is the main story, The Hobbit is just a...."prequel"?

Well, if they really wanted to make another movie based on the middle earth universe there is plenty of stuff in The Silmarillion to use.

Because Probably 99% of those that saw the 1st movie saw the second then 99% who saw the 2nd saw the third..
HERE IS THE KICKER THOUGH:
People saw the 1st and 2nd at home on DVD and THEN saw teh THIRD in theaters.
So THAT is why the THIRD had the most views.
I bet most GOOD TRILOGIES follow this same path.

I read all the books before 7th grade

One of my favorite book series i've ever read. The movies were pretty good to see in theaters. I have all 3 on DVD

Favorite part is the ghost army in book 3 =P
