can time leap reset another bucc's time leap?

can time leap reset another bucc's time leap?
and how about echo of a hero? i know its unaffected by dispell so is it also excluded out of time leap?

I think it can reset echo of hero but I've only heard of someone doing that sort of thing once. It lasts a long time anyway >_>

It can't reset another Time Leap.

It can reset Echo of Hero. I have seen this done several times.

I remember training and having a friend tell me he'd come echo, then resetting it 40 minutes later with time leap, then resetting it again 40 minutes after that... but he got too lazy to turn on his other computer so he just echo'd once and afk'd, lol.

It'd be pretty hax if time leap could reset time leap so I'd see the justification there but yes, echo can be reset.

Doesnt work on Time Leap. Shouldnt it say that on the skill description?

Time Leap -> Other buccaneer's Time Leap gets reseted -> He Time Leaps -> The first guy's Time Leap gets reseted -> Repeat
