you have str, get a normal bow. hunt for it or buy crap in the mts and sell it for mesos, dont waste time and money on a str less bow. the reason you cant find bows in mts is because you cant mts them btw. just go get an oly or something str less bows are for str less archers. you want attack over speed anyways, once you get to 120 hurricane makes bow speed lulz.

I have never once seen an Asianic in FM, and I can no longer get Olys from CPQ. I'm not going to wait until 80 to upgrade my bow. (which is 67 atk >.>) I could look for a Hinkel, but even that is a bit far away.

And for the record, I already bought two bows of magical destruction, and even if I find any of the above bows, I don't intend to throw them back.

hinkels are dime a dozen, you can get 82-83 base ones for almost npc price. and since you have the str it is a waste to use str less. still your call.

what do you mean? there are auctions for windia too, cheap hinkels and stuff...
you just need to set windia as your world for it to show windia auctions.

I have a question regarding where to put the last 5 points for my 3rd job skills. My current build is as follows:
30 Arrow Rain
30 Inferno
20 Puppet
29 Hawk
25 Strafe
12 Mortal Blow
0 Thrust

I don't plan on getting Strafe to 30 since it can be replaced by hurricane. I was debating whether to get Mortal Blow up to 17 or get Thrust up to 5. I recently switched from a bow that added 10 Speed, to one that didn't add any, so the slight decrease in speed is a bit annoying. But I'm not sure if that warrants placing 5 points into Thrust. I've heard that extra speed is useful for walk-hurricaning. How much walk-hurricane used? And would it be better than a higher activation rate for mortal blow?

I would go with Mortal Blow. But if you like the speed and can handle its passive-ness, by all means do it.

personally i dont like your build at all, but meh, id go MB from there since it is an awesome skill

Hurricane doesn't fully replace Strafe, but I suppose docking 5 points from it won't hurt as you won't need Strafe very often and it's only 5% 0_0

Go with MB. Walk-hurricane is really not as useful as it sounds. Jump-Strafing beats it until at a higher level.

Thanks for the responses. I went with adding the points into MB. The higher activation rate has been useful for the 10% or so that I stayed at Newties. Previously, I always trained with Arrow Rain at Typhons, so MB never activated since I never used Strafe.

Well, I started Typhons at lvl 93. Before then I was at Gobies/Squids. Skipping strafe entirely would have hindered me too =/. I got bored of Typhons for awhile and went Headless Horseman hunting. I can't imagine how long it would have taken had I used lvl 1 strafe or sniped using Arrow Rain X_X. My build is weird, definitely not the way I planned it. But it worked for my training areas. It probably isn't the best when it comes to considering 4th job training areas, but I'll just have to live with that ^_^.

Where is the best place to train mid-5x? Roids at Magatia, Truckers at Singapore (both assuming you have PKB), or where?

I did Windraiders at the Crossroad map, sure it is boring as hell but I was getting over 30% an hour throughout 5x.

Really? I can't ever break (a single hit) 600 with DS, and I might get 1000 an Arrow Bomb. Also, there are more 3rd Jobbers than there were before.

I am training an archer since my mage is 40 and warrior 30, he is level 17 right now got any advice before I mess him up?
