Ems is not only in english so we cannot expect all GMs to be native english speakers.
So either you can trash him because of the discussion, or congrats him for his very peculiar social-engineer skill that allowed him to know everything he could from this smartboy, but you cannot under any circumstances critize his grammar.

Well, actually I can. I can say whatever I want about him.

He is in no way deserving of any "congrats" because it's painfully obvious he had no idea what the hell was going on. From his careless spelling mistakes (which is just unprofessional) to his seemingly dim-witted reaction/comprehension time (couldn't be more obvious that he lacks common sense), I would say we've definitely found a real brain trust.

You guys really gotta check EMS' Kradia section on Sw.net more.
