Claws and knuckles are rather similar when trying to distinguish between the two. The only thing that ties them together is requiring main use of the FIST to use it. Both are the same really. When you swipe someone with a claw, it's the same as giving the person a left/right hook. When you punch someone straight in the face and break their nose, it's the same as driving a claw into their flesh.

Exhibit A is the classic knuckles we would know, because it's obviously used to smashing an opponent's face in through pure blunt force.

Now here things get more fun. These are in no way JUST a claw, or JUST a knuckle; they are weapons wearable on one's fist.

But here's the point: All's all the same really because you use your fists/knuckles as part of the attack. Claws require a punching movement, and so do knuckles.

Well, there are some missing "Universal weapons" like a 1 handed axe or a Wand, so those weapons could be the weapons the FB and SB masters are holding.

I hope this PQ gives out Raven and Crimson weapons.

They'll probably just give out better (stronger) weapons. (i.e, these + the ones on the statue)

When you had the polearm ingame it would have a discription on the bottem of it when your mouse was over it. I was just wondering if that might hint to anything.


Also somthing that keeps coming to my mind is. Are the "Evil Grandmasters" really all that evil? They are trying to do somthing with chris crimsonheart and everything. But the people who "took over" the keep was the krakians?

Who says that at the end of the PQ they tell us they are working for a greater good maybe? Just somthing that came to mind. Like there trying to get chris crimsonheart away from the alchemist? since he could not find him maybe?

If they want something, as far as I remember, it's the sun. Expect it to be the main reason.

Hmm... This is something I hadn't really thought about. I mean, everyone was trying to say Elpam would turn evil or whatever, I always argued against that. But, if he's versalian and not evil, and the same of O-Pongo, then why should these people necessarily be evil? Could be something like Golden Sun where, while there methods might lead you to believe they're evil, they are actually only trying to do what's best for the world. Course it could be likes Tales of Symphonia where we have two worlds whose prosperity are directly opposite (one does well, the other does poorly).

Also the Stormbreaker Master reminds of some cartoon bad guy but I can't remember who. X_X

Same. I saw this dude on SW, and i think the WRGM is supposed to be him.

The NSGM looks like the guy from ninja gaiden now that i think about it. Can't put my finger on the other two.

Not how I pictured the Inner Sanctum at all, thats quite odd for the inside of a castle, looks more like a small house or something.

Anyway that woman in the picture is another mystery, though since its real, its probably -Hime- or something, hahah.

Bowman and Thief masters look badass, mage and warrior slightly less so, but still great looking.

This once again brings about the idea that they're not evil, just have their own goals which are bad for us, but probably beneficial for them.

I'll still go with the evil thing though because it'd just be weird killing their army/them even after the quests/PQ that reveal the storyline are over.

However, I don't think either explains these Versalians' motives. I think they're just corrupt and/or power hungry. Maybe they get off by killing others.

They may just not realize that humans are well... intelligent or anything. The Keep seems to have been abandoned until they took over (no signs of battle anyway), they may not know what the dominant species in our world looks like, hell the only Maple warrior they know is like 600 feet tall and has 4 arms. Most of the Versalians are 50% taller than humans (and O-Pongo is pretty big for a mouse), and they have big fangs and stuff, maybe they think we're like sheep or something, harmless but tend to get in the way.


Of course, we need to raid the castle and show them what's up (maybe pass a message from Elpam Barlog), but it might just convince them to share whatever it is in the Keep instead of hoarding it. "Defeat us in combat, and we will admit your equality" sort of thing.

I'm pretty sure Prose said they were going to fix the hitboxes. We kno how reliable nexon is though.

All monsters who could not be constantly attacked had an error associated with them, which has now been fixed. FireBrand, Bigfoot, Wolf Spiders, and Elder Wraiths are now all unable to be attacked.

So that was their intention all along! The problem was accidentally adding some hitboxes.

BRILLIANT.

Hm, only the 1H Axes, Wand, and the dagger have an aura on them.

Err i say elpam is evil, simply because stronger is weaker and nice is bad, in versal.
