MTS merchanting really isn't that hard. It's just more about reactions than FM merchanting. It's actually quite a bit faster, I think.

Yea, I meant to ask how long it takes to find a "big fish" like something Harrisonized posted. I'd be up for MTS merchanting if I don't have to wait for over 30-60 minutes for a 221 8 att WG to pop up or something like that, which is why I tend to stand in the FM Entrance ch 1 for an hour. It's nicer to have 50-100 trades within an hour than waiting for one thing.

MTS merching isn't all about getting the "big fish". It's just that I only post the better ones. Notice that there are like, 3 pages between each screenshot because I make somewhere between 20~30 transactions. Most of them are minor transactions, similar to your "50-100 trades within the hour", except that I don't have to make that many an hour. To answer you, the 8atk wgs popping up for 221 nx happen sporadically and if I miss, I probably won't get another one for that day. I can't really give you a "timer" on how often they pop up, but that's what makes it fun I guess, is the random wtp moments that sometimes happens.

I just checked. A clean Gaia is 3/18/22, so that's a total of 43 stats. 12/2/17/17 is a total of 48 stats. You need at least a +6 for a blue hue.

If you want to see it, it's at the moment, in Alcolix's shop at FM 3 CC 1 of Scania. I gave it to him to sell for me. It is indeed orange.

I go in at the most random times. Whenever I feel like it, I step in. I do not go look for 20 second deals, because they do not exist. I mentioned before that good items are gone 10 seconds after they're posted no?

I step out after investing all of my money but this time I had 5xx left and I thought I could hit some more with that. Those deals were so discouraging I stepped out... =/

I'd guess he spends it all having fun with different items, taking as an example his chaos scrolled HTP =D. Or when he was trying with face accessory scrolls on the maple leaf.

At the most random times, I pull NX out of the pool by:
A) Scrolling
B) Buying things for people on my buddy list (yes, they're free too)
C) Re-converting back to meso

The maple leaf didn't require accessory scrolls, although I did try scrolling Face HP I got out of MTS onto there and seeing the effects of the Maple Syrup on two stats instead of one.

The Chaos Scroll on HTP was more out of luck than profit. The first time, I got a Chaos Scroll from a box and could not resist using it. The second time, I found a (severely) underpriced GM scroll which I sold in order to buy chaos+white scroll (which totaled me 550m... should've waited eh?) and spent the other 400m scrolling overalls and earrings, which resulted in two 24INT black orientals, and a 9/16 strawberry earring. Unfortunately, those added up to a -80m in transaction, which meant that I only had 320m left (in items of course).

I could only re-sell the overall in MTS for 30K because I planned on using the earrings and the first overall, so I only got the equivalent of 120m in server. Then I wasted the 30K (from selling the second overall) scrolling stuff so now I'm broke again. That's how I spend money sporadically, impulsively, illogically, and randomly.

Recently though, I've been pulling things out of the pool and asking my friend to sell it for me. That's why you see more meso than NX in those few pictures. I'm considering reconverting back to NX for the ease of buy-sell.

Oh, and I also buy Owls and Item Tags. All my items are tagged, and I've actually sold off a few tagged items. Owls, I use at regular intervals, whenever I need a skillbook (siggy!!!), I reach for the owl. Sometimes I also owl for friends when they need to find something.

But still, finding deals and getting them or not is still something to be proud of. At least you spotted some good deals either way. xD

I was on last night (out of boredom) trying to snap up any cheap deals on MTS. Nothing good showed up for me.

I'll keep trying though since Im extremely motivated by your MTS transactions.

Edit: Found a good deal tonight - Shield atk 30% for 7,999,999. Now I know for Khaini ppl its 8-10m right now, but I'd be willing to take some time to get 1.5m+ profit. xD

No MTS deals though.

Hm, 2 attack 6 stat (Warrior/Bowman/Pirate) cape for roughly 17m. It's an okay deal, but I don't think you're going to make a profit off it.

2atk cleans are 1200 nx. The cost of scrolling that wouldn't make it worth that much.
