Inside CWK

Close please. F2.

Yay! You used one of my questions! xD

Anyway, perhaps that's what he may have been referring to but I got 50+ Crimson Hearts just in case. :3
#3
Ermmmm... yeah... that's kinda the reason why he said it's obvious ._.

Yeah, you will need that to participate in the party quest. It's kind of the whole point of the Jack/Lukan quests.
#4
That is probably what he is talking about. Even though it's not an ETC item, someone that doesn't play the game much (a GM) would assume that something like that would go in the ETC inventory just like things such as the Pap medal and Dragon Squad Certificate.

The inner sanctum is the PQ section, or at least where the bosses are.
Jack said he was in the dungeon of the keep when he got carried to the inner sanctum where he saw the grandmasters.
That means the inner sanctum isnt the actual inside of the keep, but rather a specific part of the keep.

Or maybe im reading too much into it.

No your right, theres some normal monster spawn maps too. It's NOT just the high level pq.

I saved like 600 of those too. Big GrinBig Grin Might be nothing but "just in case"!
#8
As long as they don't ask for something like "hunt 300 badges of each class" all's ok.
#9
Well, logic says it won't be somthing like that.

We are trying to break down a lightning door. We might need like bring x amount of potions and such but meh.

I'm thinking its more like this
Nexon: craps! we can't finish the 2nd part and its patch day...
Nexon2: Hmm I know! make up a story about a lighting shield thats keeping them out.
Nexon: Awesome, then onces we add the part to the game we can just have Jack say "If your strong you can pass thru it without dieing! 9x+"

Lol... Thats how I see it anyways..

What do I think?

Uh...duh. It's been obvious ever since people started getting the Crimson Keystone. lol I didn't think it could get any more obvious.

Or we were supposed to think it was never going to have a purpose? I guess I'm missing the revelation in this thread.

Nice info thread for those who never do quests/don't read anything at all (hmm...).

Otherwise: Key! Key goes in door! Durrrr.

In addition, it's been said that there will be pure spawn maps within CWK's guild halls, each for their own faction which they serve.

Also, Jack Barricade got out of CWK, and it wasn't through the main entrance. He never said where this exit was, and he even said that there's no way an army would get through, implying it's a possible entry point, albeit small (P/JQ?). Perhaps the "key" for the second "lock", aka the shield, to the main door is inside, and can be the "shortcut" to the inside of CWK once you've taken the difficult route at least once. You can probably see where I'm going with this xD

I thought this thread was about "things you could need besides the keystone to get into CWK".
I don't think it is so unbeliveable if they added another quest to get inside/deeper into the keep.

^ This.

It's a keystone, what else can it honestly be used for? It even says what it's for in it's item description! And the name, Keystone. What it's used for was more like a slap in the face then a subtle hint. :/
#14
The keystone isn't a souvenir Lukan gives you. It was pretty obvious that it's to enter the inner sanctum. =/

Exactly what I thought haha. When he said "aside from one obvious thing" I honestly can't find any other word besides "obvious" to describe the Keystone. CLEARLY it will be used in CWK II.

KajitiSouls Wrote:Otherwise: Key! Key goes in door! Durrrr.
No. Really? Since when? :f6:

Think about it - the other two setup items are for teleports within CWK already. Although they could create another use for them with the quest chain inside, they have a purpose. The keystone isn't used for anything until the patch comes. Tongue
#17
You guys are missing the point of the thread.

The point of it wasn't to point out that the Keystone was to the Inner Sanctum, NFS it is, the description says it itself.

I was asking, do you think this is what NxProse meant in his answer to the question?
and what do you think the Inner Sanctum actually is?

Some of you say it's the PQ where all the bosses are. Where did you hear this from?
#18
The KeyStone gets you inside the castle thingie. That's the whole point of it. There could be another purpose (just like the other setup items), but the main and most important one is getting you inside.

I think there will be more to the CWK castle even after this patch. Castles are huge and have all kinds of maps and layers. I think that even if they release a bunch in this patch (doesn't look like it), they can always go back and add in a dungeon, labyrinth or something of the sort. :X

Considering we all are saying that it is the thing to get inside, yes, I think NxProse meant that this is the OBVIOUS thing. Tongue

Inner Sanctum - where did this come from? :f6: I must be missing it, but yea. I just figured it got you "inside"...actually, it got you through the main entrance of the fortress. Beyond that, you could still have a lot more to go to fully explore the entire thing. :X

And yea, you couldn't enjoy the new content without the KeyStone, I presume. :X

ItzTaylor Wrote:No pomegranate it has a purpose. Felix, please tell me, what is the Inner Sanctum exactly? Likely like a throne room for the Grandmasters. Why would you need to get into the Inner Sanctum? Kill them. (really obvious, IMO)

Why would NxProse keep telling us to complete out quests to get the KeyStone? Is it that important? You need it to enter the Keep. It's called a Keystone, after all. It says in Lukan's quest text that it opens the mechanical gate locks.

Do you know the answers to these questions, with proof to back your theory up?
Aside from its description, no. But no one here does; you're asking for the impossible.

What is so obvious about the KeyStone, besides the fact it gets you into the Inner Sanctum, which everyone already knows? It does that and only that.

And yes, the Keystone seems to be the most obvious reason for NxProse's urging for completing all the quests. There's still a lightning barrier to be dealt with, but I have a feeling that's part of the PQ. (IMO, I don't see what's not to get. It seems pathetically obvious to me.)

The Keystone's Description says it gets you into the Inner Sanctum of the Keep.

I don't think anyone knows much about this part of the keep besides the fact that it has the Grandmasters in it.

It could be a Boss Map, the Vault, The PQ Entrance, or even the Keeps Entrance itself. I don't think anyone really knows. They just think they do. Cause you know, it is so OBVIOUS, what the Inner Sanctum is.

I actually decided to take that portion out of my post. I know it will cause more flame.

We know what the Keystone does. We know it unlocks something.

and since you guys still don't know the point of this thread:

- Do you think this is what NxProse meant?
- What do you think is so special about the Inner Sanctum, that it would need a Key?
- What part do you think the Inner Sanctum really is?
- A thread to advise you what quests to complete, so you can enjoy the Patch to its fullest when it comes out, instead of being locked out of certain areas.

What this thread wasn't about:
- To state the obvious
- To ask what the Keystone did

I already stated these in the first post, we didn't need it repeated. Try reading the whole thread next time.

This thread isn't going anywhere. Just close it.
