Ice splitter. You wont regret it

Ice splitter helps speed up training on places like newties at high 90s-100+ and such. Very helpful that you can freeze. Somewhat saves pots also..

You don't need more than 1 ice splitter for a while if you newties. Sniping is best for newties at 8x unless you got enough HP or HB to take bottom. Even then you only need to freeze the first one and that's accomplished with level 1. You gotta have some good gear to effectively do bottom though or it just takes a while to kill. But even so, having an archmage/bishop at top is fastest.

But how do you know that for sure? I need to see some numbers. The skill description in all its glory just says 200%, not +200%. So I wont know what to believe until i test it myself or someone else does.

It's either multiplicative or additive, and there's no way in hell level 1 is going to make the skills do .06 * 160%. It's additive. My own experience and fiel saying so as well should be more than enough for you, right? xD

adding ice spliter = you can goby if ur bored or go himes (helps to freeze more then 2 monsters)
adding oct = can train at newties faster

Um, my post is specified directly for sniping so of course the build revolves around sniping. Even with appropriate HP and stuff, I don't think it's advisable to do bottom until 9x~10x+. Just because you seem to have a thing against leechers doesn't mean you should vent it here.

You don't need ice to snipe and sniping at 80 is easy exp. 20~25%/hr on x1.
