Pap skill drop rates upped?

looking through the fm in windia, i saw a couple shops full of ht drops that werent advertising for a legit run like runners usually do to find buyers. mw20s, zerk30s, tt30s, weapons.... couldnt be more obvious. although i doubt many of the drops are being sold, just cuz cheaters have friends too.

immigrants sumtimes bring over HT drops to sell. don't automatically assume.

Yes, HT And zakum are being hacked like crazy right now. With the No Delay hacks out, they kill it to no time. Deflation.
