Knights of Cygnus Skill Tables
Takebacker Wrote:A slot is made if one isn't available anyway, so you won't need to buy anything.
Only for the first Cygnus caracter, right?

Actually, they just give you a 4th character slot when Cygnus comes out. It's just a regular slot, it can be used for Cygnus or not. It doesn't change to look special until after you make a Cygnus.

So i could have 1 main, 3 mules and still have a Cygnus character? Sweet.

No, you can have a main, 2 mules, and a Cygnus. 1+2+1 = 4.

Unless you buy an extra caracter slot.

I'm not sure what happens if you already have 6 slots

They increased the maximum number of slots per server that you can expand to with the CS item to 12. So in theory, you could have 6 regular characters and 6 cygnus. Why you'd want 6 Cygnus on one account I haven't a clue, but it's possible.

It's probably for people like me that want to do every job, including Cygnus ones when they come out, and don't want to bother with multiple accounts.

Well, it'd be nice to get the w.atk bonus for my DK (who is on the same account to my Paladin) by training up another Cygnus. I guess someone might have 6 main characters in 1 account.

But 6, um... that's 1 more than you need lol. There's only 5 classes so even if you get 1 of each, you've still got an extra. I guess you can expand to only 10, but that still begs the question of "Why 12?"

Considering that two subclasses might have different play styles (NL vs. Shadower, Corsair vs. Buccaneer, for example), some people might count them as two "separate" classes, I guess.

Because people might want blessing of the sprite on different normal characters. Doesn't matter about the cygnus, they would just want the buff.

Still, twelve is a lot. I would say that you should do one of each cygnus (bow, sword, fire, claw, and knuckle), and your mains would be the other classes (DK, WK, MM, I/L, Bish[op], Shadower, Captain).
Of course, this is assuming that you are completely obsessed with the Cygnus class, that you are a thrill seeker, have lots of money for the slots.....and a hell of a lot of free time.

If I can get 3 characters to 3rd job just playing hardcore during my holidays there are people who will do that >_>

The only reason I want 2 Cygnus on 1 account is because Soul Masters make nice FM mules with that 2nd job Flash Jump. Rolleyes

I plan on making the Flame Wizard on my Bishop account to actually train, and a Soul Master fm mule. Biggrin

As far as Soul Masters go, are al of their skills infused with holy power right from the getgo? Because I don't see any buff that gives them the infused holy power, and in the 3rd job Soul Charge says it gives 125% damage for elemental bonus.

They don't have holy at all, except for the Summoned Sprite.

But then what does the 125% Elemental Bonus refer to? Just the sprite? lul.

OH LOL. It gives the elemental bonus. f3. Kay.
