Joining KMS

So, from what I've heard around this site, is that KMS is a fun version of the game to play. I can't read Korean and I have no clue whatsoever what I have to do to register and even if I can register (I'm guessing I can, seeing as a lot of people here play it). So how would i go about registering and what information would i need to play? (If possible, provide examples of this information so I know what your talking about.)

well, first off, if registering for kMS is the same as it was in 2005/2006 you will need a Korean SSN? correct me anyone if one doesnt need it today. I asked my Sister' boyfriend for his SSN to play it for awhile lmao.

Well, you need a korean social security number of a 14 year old or younger. Then you'll need the parent's KSSN... If you can get that, then all you need to do is find the registration guide for it.

You dont need two SSNs. When I did it, I just put my SSN in as my parent's SSN. (this was 3 years ago, it might not work now)

apparently adults can, but its easier for kids. theres an adults and childrens button, the childrens one is about the guide.

errrmkay well now im stuck on downloading Maple....what do i click to download it?

The difference between the two signups is the children's requires a bunch of parent's consent crap, and the adult's requires phone verification with a Korean phone number.

@ above, there should be a download link in the registration guide. Just click that and it should start.

Man, remember those other MapleStory forums that would go batsh(it insane on you if you posted anything about asking for help with downloading KMS?

This thread makes me smile, because I was one of those people that asked two or three years back.
