You want to stop paying them but you want better customer service at the same time? ahahaha you are a joke.

What exactly IS wrong with Nexon's customer service? 90% of the tickets I have sent to Nexon have been answered and dealt with. (may not be the fastest service, but they get to it eventually)

i got that ticket that GM Tiara answered me, it got closed like 1 hour before i opened it, and for sure it wasn't an automated message:

I guess the last 18 months isn't enough time for them to change the half dozen lines of text that cause this problem.

They did resolve it.

They looked into it and decided the resolution was do nothing about it. Biggrin

they didn't look into it, that was automated response for bug reporting... I don't get why they give automated responses instead of just leaving it open. Guess it gives players more hope...
