that is simply because they are nexon, and there is no known cure.

As of the end of today's server check, I now have the formerly missing points. For once, Nexon followed through with it; it just took them 3 months is all.

Well I provided them my info and guessed how many cards I had. Not a very good SS because I was kinda surprised they expired so fast and I figured if I SS'ed the top too that they couldn't tell how many cards since there is no break. And I didn't have the time to arange the 250 in such a way that they could be counted.

I'm pretty impressed. They acutally looked at my screen shot and counted. :f6: And they responded in less than a week. :f6: And they actually are awarding me more maple points than show in my screenshot! :f6: I would have been content with just the SS'ed points since that's all I could prove. But with all the points I should have recieved obtained I'm pretty happy. Biggrin

I'm pretty sure their logs have the data of how many your character collected. It just wasn't automated in most cases.
