The only resemblance to an existing skill that I saw was from 0:14-0:16 with the giant fireball with Reflection/Chain Lighting-like properties.

As for the giant fireball, I guess it is something similar to i/l frozen orb and f/p venom orb. Or whatever the skill is being called for f/p

Eh... I can see why 0:19 looks like Heavenly Crash. Still don't think it's a complete reskin.

As for 0:23, Soul Resonance is a key-down skill. Absolutely nothing like the skill shown, although the animation does share some minor similarities.

I think it looks more like an up-sized version of Hero's Hyper.

For 0:12, it looks like a bigger Inferno Aura as well.

I wanna say it has a bind. The ... gigantic(forget what they call them) mob was frozen in place there.

And it looks like a bind to me too, but it could just be trapping it in place. If it can still attack it isn't a bind. I suppose we will see soon enough.
