You never know, best to play it safe.

I know Miipy got banned about a year ago with his girlfriends from something with paypal. It was not their fault however and after several attempts got their account unbanned. If the transaction went through in the end I don't see a problem though.

Did it let you add NX to your account? If not, you have nothing to worry about.

If it did, It might have just been taken off the credit/debit card, and not out of your bank account.

If it took it out of your bank account, than your bank account is still active.

You get banned for NX Fraud if you Purchase the Cash, then decline it, after it has already been charged.


If I were you, I wouldn't even buy NX using Paypal, they have too many issues it seems like.

If you have a credit card, just go buy the Prepaid cards at Target or something.

Yeah, it let me buy the NX. The roads were bad and I didn't want to go out. I usually buy cards.

I strongly advise people against ever using Paypal to buy NX if they have access to NX cards in places such as Target and 7-11. If you want to give your friend a present in the form of a Target card you just send the code. If you log onto his account, Nexon might track that, conclude you're guilty of NX fraud, and permanently ban you. My friend Sunny controlled the 1Dynasty account, 15x BEFORE 2x came out and one of the godliest and highest lvl on my server. Tiger himself only got to 17x in pre-2x. The account was permaed for NX fraud. Pre-2x 15x account GONE.

If someone fools around with your PayPal or your parents perform a chargeback you also will lose your account. A very sweet legit lvl 19x Bishop in my guild got permaed a couple months ago because her little sister pineappleed around on her Paypal. 19x legit account GONE. Jesus Christ.

Think of your account being in the loving hands of Nexon customer service, and what I am saying will really kick in. If something goes wrong you will rely on NEXON CUSTOMER SERVICE TO FIX IT. And they'll fix it, like they fixed all the hacking and the harassment.

The only real advantage of ever buying NX on the site is that you can do it late at night, but in my area some of the 7-11s are open 24 hours so even that's not an issue anymore. Put simply, Nexon has no tracking or control over NX cards, but they have FULL control over the paypal charging. Remember, money is all Nexon cares about. If there is a problem with your PayPal payment they WILL probably nuke you.

OPening a ticket wont help. The Safeway is to buy nx cards.

That's all well and good for people who have access to cards. But I have been in my local Targets, the ONE 7-11, and both Rite Aids. NONE sell NX cards, or have even heard of them. I'm sorry, but it's not really worth it to drive 50 miles, or who knows, maybe more, just for Nexon cash.

Does paypal take visa giftcards?
