Temp fix for Chat Channel stuttering: block 8.31.99.133

just block outgoing requests to 8.31.99.133 and that'll stop it.

to add to windows firewall in command line (remember to elevate privileges)
netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="MapleStutterFix" protocol=TCP dir=out action=block remoteip=8.31.99.133

Seems they moved some servers around. Probably the exact same time they removed Star Planet. Blocking outgoing data certainly does not impede login whatsoever (in fact it expedites it) so I am certain it's the Chat Channel server.

It didn't shut off Buddy or Alliance chat, and of course all-chat is working. Both sending and receiving obviously.

They did something with the servers... maybe moving around is the right word. The Temple of Time secret shop no longer works, and I observe that I'm not at the right channel when I come out (should be 1, not 8).

But well, I'm not able to access the game for any further verifications anymore so yah good luck.

Yeah that quit working a while ago. It was certainly before the patch before Star Planet was removed.
