What will be unavailable:

• All MapleStory game servers.
  
• Website login and the billing system will be unavailable from 6:30 AM – 10:00 AM Pacific (9:30 AM – 1:00 PM Eastern). During that time you will not be able to purchase NX or view previous purchases.
  

Changes and Updates:

• Apply Windows updates to the game servers.
  
• Ability Circulators will no longer drop from bosses.
  
• The correct character name will now display when entering Monster Farm.

• Fixed an issue where using the 11th Anniversary Royal Hair & Face coupons with Zero characters would cause the channel to crash.
  

I gotta wonder what kind of logic there is in the code that causes a face on a specific character to cause an entire channel to crash.

Probably missing code for dealing with Zero's ambiguous gender.
"Entire channel" is just a single process. It tries to access an invalid pointer or something, and it crashes.
