If so, then what was the point of adjusting the damage cap in the recent update? They could take the initiative and remove the cap entirely now while they're prepping for the 5th job update. Unless this will also come with a heavy boss Hp reorganization

Maybe the whole three years was needed, they have 35+ classes to do. What if they decide to dripfeed this like Hyper Skills, do one category at a time.

Will they revamp bosses hp? I mean if everyone get stronger, some bosses like CRA won't be that hard to kill, or Chaos zakum(that will get revamped).

They'll remove the damage cap and then they'll have to re-do epic adventurer and then they'll buff all the high hits per second jobs.. yeah.. always buffs as a hps class.

I understand they wanting to remove cap so some classes don't get so crippled and we can go back to having slow heavy hitters but wouldn't it be a better idea to just nerf damage and monster hp by a few digits? I get people like to see big numbers they make them feel strong but if they remove the cap and add yet another buff people wont be able to tell how high is their damage(I already got that problem and I have to yet hit cap), there is also the issue that with enough funding you'll pretty much 1HKO some bosses that are hard now but I bet they want people(whales) to go for that.
