In-game report still broken?

I've of course had the suspicion that the in-game report system NEVER worked, ever, but that's beside the point.
At some time (I guess last year??) Artasi had announced that the in-game report system does not work, and until it's fixed, people should instead post reports on the official Nexon forums in the proper section allocated for it.

The thing, though, is... since then, there has never been anything announcing that the in-game report system has been fixed.
So is it still broken or what?

No, it is in fact broken and does nothing.

I dunno, I've been visited by a gm while grinding 2x who told me I'd been reported for doing stuff against the TOS (edit: this was taken in september this year)
