Dran's Notes

I know this thread (http://www.southperry.net/forums/showthread.php?t=7015) exists, but it doesnt help much.

I have a few questions:
1) Is there ANY POSSIBLE way to finish all 3 quests: "For Phyllia", "For Zenumist", and "For Alcadno"?
2) Does "Re-acquiring Dr. De Lang's Notes" quest really exist? I see no reason for them to give u back Dran's Notes if u drop them or something.
3) If Q1 is true, how?

Off-topic: This stupid quest made me travel from Nath>Magatia and back like countless times, i'm kinda angry already =p

Yes, there is actually a quest for that. Scroll down in this thread until you see, "Re-Acquiring Dr. De Lang's Notes / Every 72 Hours"
