First Hard Magnus Kill with some friends^^

I decided to pop on and see if I could squeeze anything out of the maple points I had sitting on my mules. I want to say I opened ~20 books in total.



Note the Scarlet Ring in the chat, just 2 books prior to this. I also got a 20% Boss Nebulite on another mule, but I don't have a screenshot of it because I blanked on the fact that I had changed my screenshot key on fraps a few weeks ago. oh well.

I guess I'll call this an achievement since it's the first No Boom AEE I've ever obtained myself.
The real achievement here, though, is that I've been away from this game for 5 months now and still have no desire to return, even after this.

Haven't played much lately, kind of rusty with oz, but a few friends were free tonight to test out a speed oz run



Got a snail on 49f, guessed wrong, so lost 5minutes there. Put on drop gear since I knew I wasn't going to get sub-70 (~30 sec). Few mistakes/bad RNG on other floors. Sub-60 is possible but I'm only aiming for sub-70

I broke a million clean on my maximum range for the first time.

Only procrastinated on this for 4 or 5 years

I learnt after a while to deliberately jump into the projectiles on the second stage, bounce back onto the rope and climb up with some invincibility frames from getting hit, you should try it next time!

Thanks for the tip! The only issues I usually have is the first bit of the second stage, where you have to get hit and then immediately jump (thanks iframe nerf), and the third stage where you basically have to get hit and then run like mad. I still fucking hate that jq though. Not. Fun.

3rd video I ever uploaded. Red ninja on 2nd rope - you will stay on the rope just by holding up. Jump into the projectile for the one after that.

The way you do the third stage is interesting. Most I've seen do it a lot differently. Guess I'll see what I can manage doing it your way.

Key points: First star KBs you to a safe platform, wait for star to go below platforms to jump down to lowest one, stay ducked until both air puffs are close together as the star to your right goes below the platform, then jump to the right. This times it so you jump into a star on that one platform and you can use those iframes to make it the rest of the way.

The way I do it: first star KBs you to the fourth plat, fourth star KBs you to the bottom-most plat, jump onto the next platform as the next star is falling and get KB'd to fourth(?) platform from the end, jump a few plats, jump into the last star and get KB'd to the end.

Self buffed and cheated with a dice 5 roll. I know it's not much but it's accomplishing as someone who hasn't spent money on the game, I guess. :f6:

I have too much I need to work on:
No potential on emblem yet
Secondary is arrogant and won't tier up - only 6% att
Most gears only have 1 line of dex, some 9% some 6%.
Using the terrible Nova shoes with bad enhancements and no pot
7% on SW Tattoo
No % stat on Ghost Ship Badge

As of now it's secondary first then emblem.

Finally got off my ass long enough to get those last few levels and claim the #1 Hayato Beginner spot.
