You get about 2%/hr in the 240s with HS+Kanna+2x card + 2x buff. Should be around there, maybe a little more at armory.
It's better to look at it in terms of exp/hour since percentage wise you get so little. I currently get ~13b per hour, which makes levels in the 230s take about 20 hours of training on the above multipliers. Levels in the 240s are more than twice as much exp, so my estimate (for me) would be about 50 hours of training per level in the 240s.

Sorry for the late reply, with my usual EXP buffs (non-leeching HS, 2x card, enjoyable winter, exp accumulation potion, etc) I average 10bil exp per hour, which is just under 2%.

(Funfact: The "Maple Guide" window was blocking the bottom platform of the map on the minimap so when I got to the second last platform, I thought that it I fell down any further, I would be teleported back to the previous map. So imagine my surprise when I accidentally "fell off" onto that last major platform. )
