It's been so long since I laughed at this show, it's a ton more like the first season than the mediocre second.

I don't think this is a bad adaption, and the author himself is helping them rewrite it to make it flow better for an anime format but a lot of my favourite scenes were altered or changed and that makes me a bit sad.

But again, i think it's a fine adaption and the story is still the same and flows just as well and it's not because anything is really being left out that harms the story or characters.

Specifically for new shows preliminary thoughts:

Arslan Senki: Its aight, neither puting high or low hopes for show
Denpa Kyoushi: Similar as above
Kekkai Sensen: As of the moment, highest hopes for a good run. I liked its more comic book vibe with anime visuals
Ore Monogatari: The girl is too sweet =X
Re-Kan: EP 1 was okay, EP 2 felt really boring. not sure if I even have hope for it.
SNAFU 2: 8Man will always what the world deserves.
Etotama: Eh, not sure how im supposed to feel about show.
Nisekoi s2: Although its nice for the show to air again, I felt the first episode wasn't that great. (great for those on the chitoge train)

Once again things were changed up and the order of events is quite different from the LN with Loki already being introduced and Irina being back again already.
Also surprised about even Fenrir being introduced already.
Loki appearing like that was weird though considering the people present he should've been killed instantly. Although i guess Sirzechs and co. didn't want to piss of the nordic gods by just killing Loki right away.
From the preview it seems we're getting Rossweisse introduced properly next episode already.

Also the animation for Bikou vs Tannin was a bit disappointing but BALANCU BREAKER was great.

The order of events is being shaken up a lot compared to the LN, i'm still not sure if this way will be superior or just as good but i'm not against it yet. Atleast the author himself is the one shaking it up so it's not like it's something the anime studio is doing.

In general it seems that he's trying to throw in as much foreshadowing as possible for things that are going to be coming up like stuff surrounding Barakiel.

oh man, they really didn't disappoint with the animation quality on ZA WARUDO.

Food Wars 10: I wish I picked this up after it's done airing so I wouldn't have to wait. So addicting. It uses every anime trope in the book but so entertaining. It's like a cooking show but better since you get to see the characters more.

Shokugeki no Soma is a battle shounen where the battle is cleverly replaced by cooking. If you removed the cooking and replaced it with like a fight, it would literally be a battle shounen.

definitely interesting, I'll look forward to this one, the fight scenes might shape up to be really good.

game of laplace 1
again, another slightly interesting show that I won't drop until episode 3 if it doesn't get more interesting, just enough to hold my attention for now.

haven't watched LWA2, joukamachi, jitsu wa or DB super, but as for the rest that has aired so far, none of it is really good. Wasn't expecting much from any of them anyway, other than shinometa, which is cringeworthy and terrible.

Aoharu x Kikanjuu 01: This appears to be a fujoshi show... right? The MC is a trap though, which doesn't really matter because there's absolutely nothing feminine about her. It might be interesting if the combat is actually combative, but the other two survival game shows we've had in the past were pretty sketchy.

Chaos Dragon: Sekiryuu Sen'eki 01: This was pretty bad. I don't know what to think. Story seems a bit random despite spending this entire episode on background. Poor girl...

Charlotte 01: It's so standard Key recycled moe. Also, this is what a normal high school student would do with a Geass.

Classroom☆Crisis 01: Pretty bad. I was really tired so I fell asleep during the second half because it was fairly boring, and I had to rewatch it but I really don't understand what's going on here. Build plane that costs billions. Instantly get it scrapped. Get told you're wasting too much money. now what?

Dragon Ball Chou 01: This was pretty interesting, I guess, for a slice of life. Goku's terrible slice of life. Next up, Vegeta's!

Durarara!!x2 Ten 01: ty Izaya

Gangsta. 01: This was pretty gangsta. Pretty cool, looking forward to this. A very well done show.

Gate: Jieitai Kanochi nite, Kaku Tatakaeri 01: muh propaganda can't be this interesting. Poor guy, couldn't get any goods. Looking forward to seeing how this goes. Pretty bloody massacre, was unexpected.

Jitsu wa Watashi wa 01: I've heard good things about the mango. Seems okay from ep1, but MC is pretty pomegranatety as usual. FRIENDS. pineappleing kill yourself.

Joukamachi no Dandelion 01: eh... More super powers. Not too bad though.

Non Non Biyori Repeat 01: その笑顔！守りたい！

Ranpo Kitan: Game of Laplace 01: Surprisingly interesting. Didn't expect a real mystery series, with actual problem solving. Hopefully they keep this up. Trap is a sociopath. Detective seems to have a drug problem, ADHD, possibly autism. Other guy is homo. What a combination.

Rokka no Yuusha 01: Pretty cool fight scene, and an interesting setting. Princess is qt. Looking forward to this one.

Senki Zesshou Symphogear GX 01: YES. YEEEES YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. Duet wasn't as good as Ignition, but holy pineapple that budget on the performance. And the pomegranatepost after cutting the mountain. hah. Great pomegranate as usual.

Shimoneta to Iu Gainen ga Sonzai Shinai Taikutsu na Sekai 01: This was very cringeworthy, yes.

Working!!! 01: It just always makes me sad how everything never works out so the gag can continue. Poor Otoo-san.
