I'll start off by asking what is TP? I know SP is used for maxing skills, and I know you start unlocking TP at level 50, so what is it? what does it do?

If you go to your skill tab, you'll see the option to view TP skills in the top left corner. They are additional passives that buff your SP skills.

TP refers to I believe " Technical Points".
They further enhance skills usually adding much more damage or increasing the status level of said skill.
Seems you get a max of 21 points to spend at 70.

Ever since the morning patch on 3/27, I haven't been able to do anything guild related. I can't see guild chat. I can't see guild list. I can't see guild skills. I am still in the guild, and it shows the name, but it won't let me do anything. I can't even see who is online.
Has anyone else encountered this? How do I fix it?
