I think at this point, most epics sets outclass chronicles in the end game. Unfortunately, this requires you get the set bonuses, not individual pieces like in 70 cap DFO. That being said, there are probably some classes that still want to use OV set+1 epic rather than a full set of epics.

I want that epic plate top that gives like 10% damage.
