From what I read, I think the runes will last longer.
I see that they made Elite Boss no longer hacker-farmable with the rare treasure chest box limit of 20 (no more bonus stage I think... mixed feelings about it). To begin with, killing 20 Elite Bosses a day is not very humanly possible nor healthy.
Good that they're adding a better icon for damage-reflect prefix. I didn't quite understand the rest of the plague thing, but I know Commandering was a rather troublesome prefix, so possibly because of the AoE issue it clashes with Plagued.
3 prefixes into 2 prefixes for Elite Boss? Good. I will edit my thread when it comes to GMS.
