This has already been confirmed. We are getting at least 156 FP.

So...Is TR going to stick to Cain? Or are we going to be going for a different server?
It'd suck if Cain ended up being like Scania from years back where you couldn't get into the server because it was so damn crowded. On the other hand, it'd suck if we ended up joining a server that ends up being barren.

Magic bm looking better by the minute. lmao

Flonne Wrote:Is 156 even enough to do anything? That sounds like only an hour or two a day... It doesn't last very long in early/mid game, but it lasts a decent amount of time once you start doing OV2/OV3 runs, especially since we won't be very well equipped for them. I'd probably play an alt or look into PvP if it doesn't seem like enough at first. Dredragon Wrote:Was that all from two chasers? Bremen+Black Tortoise Magic Defense Shred+Base damage buffs from Crusader+SB is stupidly strong.

We may get an extra 20 FP on the weekends, too. Also, don't forget the numerous ways to get extra FP, such as Alchemist potions, Cash items and events. Also, the updated EXP table is so much more lenient than when NexonNA had their hands in things. Leveling is much more consistent nowadays. I'd typically get about 2-2.5 hours out of a full bar on regular grinds, perhaps more at higher levels. I wouldn't worry about it too much, honestly.

Arrol Wrote:So like mid-high levels is no trouble? I played cDnF over the summer after Alpha closed and from my experience the first day took the longest to burn my FP bar and it steadily got faster as my level and clear speed went up, but I still gained multiple levels a day, usually 3-5 when I reached the 50s and the 60s were 1-2 levels a day. I stopped around 68 because the lag was awful and stressing me out too much. There were also events (no clue if they are in other versions with fatigue) that allowed me to check a small box next to the FP bar on weekends causing me to burn FP twice as fast, but also gain twice as much exp. I'd agree that it was around 2 hours or so per bar. Less if you clear very quickly and/or run full clears like I do. I find the benefit of FP bars to be that it allows alt games to be much more viable given I can never settle on one class on games. In cDnF I was able to run 2 FSlayers (would've done 4 if not for lag doubling my clear times) relatively quickly. I remember when NA switched to Blitz a few of us stopped playing alts for a while.

I thought they got rid of the fatigue system? Or are we talking about before the whole "overdrive" thing?

NexonNA got rid of Fatigue Points and replaced it with Blitz Points, which eventually got revamped. DFOG will use the original Fatigue Points, which work fine in every other version. Guys, stay the pineapple away from DFO Nexus. I started a thread in the guild recruitment section, and people went apepomegranate. Literally foaming at the mouth. "i dont think you know what inclusive or exclusivity or safe means " "all I can say is go advertise somewhere else" "im f**in crying" "Honestly im triggered" Really? All of this over a guild that you don't have to join? I'm not even creating a guild for furries, jesus. People have no chill. It's DFOSource all over again.

It's literally all the same people from DFOS, so it's not much of a surprise unfortunately... Looks like Neople decided to eliminate the ability to trade/mail gold to players? If so, gold will essentially only be used on the AH. That's...One way to really limit goldselling, since it'll be infinitely easier to track any shady transactions through there. On the other hand, that's a pretty big thing to take away. It's won't really be possible to lend/borrow gold to guildies if they need to buy something off the AH, help friends by giving them gold, etc. They'd better allow avatars on the AH without that pomegranatety license. I...Think I'm okay with this? I can probably count the amount of times that I actually used /trade [playerName] on two hands. And this along with other precautions should really limit goldfarmers.

Shiranui Wrote:It's literally all the same people from DFOS, so it's not much of a surprise unfortunately... You know, I wasn't happy with the news at first, but then I thought about it, and I personally never even used the trade function at all. I mostly used the gold mailing function to quickly send money between my own characters. I'm sure it won't make that large of an impact on how we play the game and interact with each other, so I'm happy it will be used as a counter to the effects of botting. My only concern at this point is that Neople properly advertises for the game. I feel like that will either make or break everything.

As it seems Neople is banking 100% on the internetz and the semi-cult label the game has. I don't think it will be enough. I mean Nexon already proved that in a sense.
