tl;dr edition: BB and SBB currently generate double-to-triple BC on most units in global bar a few exceptions noted in the post.

The 7* should win easily in every department, while Luka is just slightly sub-par.

The invites were supposed to be sent out the 25th / 26th and testing was supposed to start on the 26th, but Gumi has gone totally silent all of a sudden. Everyone is completely in the dark now, even the "community managers" don't even know what's going on.
