Yeah I ticketed and they said make sure you're on every day. I thoroughly explained that I was on and did multiple things each day then thought about calling them idiots etc etc, but that doesn't really help I guess so I didn't.

I didn't realize the 80 Honor Point event ended at midnight. Could have spent all my energy just honor farming instead of saving it for Karma Dungeon.

Playing it smart. Going to cost ~5 gems to hit 15k. Totally worth it for my almost-full pokedex (dammat, ziz batch / miku 4* unit)

Edit: 70-0 and 12k points. How people have 100-200 wins and less than 10k points confuses the hell out of me.
