How long did that go on for after you left? Seems like he mellowed out just fine, unlike the dog in the video which (I'm guessing?) inspired yours. That dog probably had some anxiety issues but yours just seems sad...it's kinda cute.

Poor thing. It's like he really did think that he'd left for good.
