Seems like it would almost be easier for them to make a notice when there isn't service interruptions lately.

Seems like it would almost be easier for them to make a notice when there isn't service interruptions lately.

The mornings seem to be just fine, it's the afternoons/evenings that the attacks or whatever seem to pick up.

Seeing this turn into an (almost) every day occurrence is really not motivating me to want to come back any sooner.
